Lite Sour Cream Pound Cake with Pecan Nuts

I found this recipe from the website after purchasing a box of 200ml Lite Sour Cream from the supermarket. It turned out very soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside after it came out from the oven. I love pound cakes but find that many recipes have lots of butter and eggs. This one is not so bad - one recipe yields 4 small tube pans and one rectangular one.

After greasing the cake pan, I sprinkled lots of Pecan nuts at the bottom of the pan. We bought this rectangular piece to my in-law's place for their breakfast the next morning.

Love the shape of this pan.

The family had this for breakfast the next day and it stayed moist on the inside. Shall keep this recipe for future baking.
