Happy 44th Birthday Singapore!



These are Double Choco Muffins coated with icing frosting and decorated with colourful, small flowers and a National Flag. I made 30 of them for my husband's Saturday PowerKids' class and the Praiseband on duty that weekend :)


Mini ones

These are very simple to make. I used my Egg Tart crust recipe and baked them blind. Then I cut up some apples, add brown sugar and cinnamon. Let them cool and then fill up the baked cases. You can use different fillings. I tried fresh durians and you should see the faces of those who took the first bite -one commented he was in "durian heaven" :)
