My first attempt on homemade jam. It tasted just nice - not too sweet and yet full of the real stuff - no
preservatives whatsoever. Think I shall try out more homemade jams in future. Just bought some delicious, buttery
durians - are you thinking what I am thinking? ;)
I mashed 2 mangoes, added one orange, about 3 tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
After 1/2 hour of cooking the ingredients over low heat, this is the result. Imagine enjoying it with some crackers or toasted bread :)
