I made 3 portions of this Berries Jelly. There are Strawberries, Blackberries and Cherries. The other two portions have been eaten by our two children after dinner tonight. I am reserving this heart-shaped one above for my husband and I to enjoy tomorrow night when he comes home from his 11 days trip to Australia.

Baking with Berries and Red Wine
I love berries and you can find lots of them at the supermarkets during this time of the year. I could not resist buying them. We either eat them as it is or make them into desserts. The above are made of flour, butter, sugar and milk, with lots of red wine cherries, blueberries and strawberries.
You can also serve the red wine berries with ice-cream, whipped cream, or with a meat dish. They are more commonly used for baking tarts and cupcakes.

Poached Pears with Red Wine
I was inspired by the desserts we ate last Saturday that I decided to try Poached Pears with Red Wine. I placed a slice of the poached pear onto a scope of ice-cream, drizzle the concentrated Red Wine syrup and added a cherry for decoration. After taking the above picture, I naturally consumed it. It's really delicious and refreshing :-)
Besides these 2 ingredients, I added some sugar, a stick of cinnamon and some vanilla.
Last Saturday, we celebrated Father's Day at the Bukit Timah NUSS Guild House. I took pictures of the desserts we had.
