Hi, check this out. I experiemented with another bread recipe and came up with this Coffee Walnut Buns. Bringing them to the Ladies' BS today :)

A Busy Week

Just had a bowl of home-cooked fish slice noodle. Hmmm Satisfying 8-)

Peter and myself joined our church's couple retreat last weekend, first time after 8+years in this church. It was fun and the messages were practical and encouraging. We learnt how to massage our spouses. Now Peter will not complain that I don't know how to massage him :)


I have been baking almost everyday this week. Monday, I baked a Mango Cheesecake for our Ladies' Tuesday bible study. Wednesday, a CG friend ordered Gingerbread men for her daughter's nursery classmates and Blueberry Muffins for her friends.

Last night I baked another lot of Blueberry Muffins for our breakfast this morning. Today I baked 12 pcs of Lemon Tarts for my ex-secondary school classmates' gathering tomorrow.

Weekend is here again ;) Peter will be home from his business trip, Renfred back from Tekong and our family will be reunited again :)

22nd Wedding Anniversary

Baked the above Banana Hershey Chocolate Chip Muffins this morning for the foreign workers who have been painting our block for the past 3 weeks. Peter helped me type and print the verse; John 3:16. I made them into small flags and placed them onto each of the muffins.

Tomorrow, 12 March 2010 will be our 22nd Wedding Anniversary. Thank GOD for seeing us through the past 21 years. This evening, Peter sent me the below flowers 22 pieces of pink roses together with the above card.

We have our ups and downs, who doesn't? Can't believe it's been so long since I walked down the church isle 22 years back.

Must testify that all these years the LORD have been good to us and have not fail us, not once. We have experienced His faithfulness, abundant grace, mercy and sufficiency. He is a covenant-keeping GOD who has always been with us and we can't imagine how we would have survived these years without Him.

Oreo Truffles and Thai Manago Sticky Rice

My first try at Oreo Truffles. Only 4 ingredients are needed - Oreo sandwiches, Cream Cheese, Melted Chocolate and Cocoa powder. Very simple and very yummy :)
