Bacon N Cheese Bread

Made this loaf of Bacon Cheese Bread plus 8 smaller buns yesterday. They are all gone by now, enjoyed by the 'priviledged' ones :)


Great texture with big chunks of crispy bacon and a subtle taste of herb and cheese. My husband smsed me to say "it smells and tastes great :)"

These weigh about 50gm each before the 2nd proofing. I sprinkle some graded cheese on them after shaping them.
