This Expresso Brownie comes in two versions ; with crunchy walnuts and without.
The adults usually prefer the nutty version but our teenagers and their friends prefer the other. Baked this last night for Eliza's classmates.

Soft and Moist Cinnamon Buns. I tried replacing the cinnamon with cheese and chocolate. Maybe I shall experiment with pork floss? Nutella?
